1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping in India

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees to ensure your order reaches you safely.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

• Standard Shipping:
• Cost: Free shipping on all orders over ₹500. A flat rate of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹500.
• Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping (if selected):
• Cost: A flat rate of ₹150.
• Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, festive rush).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS from us with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment charges.
