Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Please email us immediately at customer-support@shopniyat.com with your Order ID.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a return request as per the policy below.
2. Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days from the date your order was delivered. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for a return.
3. Eligible Reasons for a Return
We are happy to accept a return if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- The Ihram does not fit you as you expected.
- You are not satisfied with the product for any other reason.
4. Conditions for a Valid Return (Crucial)
To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in its original, brand-new, and sellable condition. This means:
- Completely unused and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and in good condition.
- Hygiene Check: We cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear, use, washing, stains, or damage. We reserve the strict right to reject any return if it does not meet these standards.
5. Verification of Damaged Claims
Please note that all claims for damaged or defective items will be strictly evaluated. We photograph every item during packaging before dispatch. Your claim will be verified against our pre-dispatch photographs to protect against invalid claims.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at customer-support@shopniyat.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID in the subject line.
- State your reason for return (e.g., "Damaged," "Does not fit").
- If the item is damaged, you must attach clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
7. How We Handle Returns & Costs
- For Damaged/Defective Items: Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. We will pay for the reverse pickup.
- For "Fit" or "Not Satisfied" Returns: If the item is in perfect condition, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the logistics cost.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund (minus the ₹150 pickup fee if applicable) to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
